Non-invasive Weathertight Building Surveys

To identify actual and potential water entry locations through cladding and give guidance and advice on the possible consequences.

These types of surveys are normally undertaken where we are unable to carry out invasive investigations such as pre-purchase inspections.  As with all types of non-invasive inspections they are limited in their findings and rely greatly on the expertise of the operators to analyse the findings.  All staff at O'Hagan Building Consultants Ltd have extensive building experience so are able to interpret results.
